The house is located  cca. 10 min drive from Omis, (40min  from Split) cca. 500m from nice pebble beaches, in very quiet envinroment, with open sea view.
The house is semi-detached. The living area of 60m2 is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen with a dining room a toilet and a bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms.
